In short

• Orders are agreed in writing after a quote; work starts once you accept the price and, where asked, pay the 50% advance.
• Prices are on request. We are not VAT-registered, so the quoted price is the final price.
• Courier delivery anywhere in Romania, paid by the customer, or a hand-over in the Oradea area.
• The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised pieces (GEO 34/2014, art. 16(c)); stock pieces can be returned within 14 days at your cost. Faulty or transit-damaged pieces are remade or refunded.
• Complaints: write to us first. Consumers in Romania can also use ANPC alternative dispute resolution or ANPC.
