How to order and how your piece gets to you

It all starts with a message: a name, a photo, a drawing or a few words. From there we tell you the next steps, in writing, before any work starts.

How to order

  • On WhatsApp, at the number below, or through the «Tell us your idea» form on the home page.
  • By e-mail or phone, if that is easier for you.
  • Tell us who it is for, what you imagined and, if you have one, a photo or a drawing. You do not need to know anything about 3D printing.

Who answers, and when

A person answers, not a bot: Andrei or Oana, within 24 hours. The reply gives you the price, the timing and how the piece gets to you. Work starts only after you agree.

How long it takes

A piece spends hours on the printer, layer by layer, and then we check it ourselves. The exact timing depends on the piece and on how many orders we have that week, so we give it to you for your order, in writing.

For Christmas 2026 we take orders for name baubles until 15 December.

Delivery

We ship by courier anywhere in Romania. The delivery cost and timing are in our written quote, before you confirm the order, and the delivery is paid by you. A hand-over in the Oradea area can also be agreed. For now we do not ship outside Romania.

Check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, take a photo and write to us within 48 hours at [email protected] or on WhatsApp; we remake the piece or refund you.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer. For personalised pieces we ask for a 50% advance when you accept the quote and the rest before shipping. Work starts once you have accepted the price and paid the advance.

Prices are on request, in the written quote. IDEEA3D S.R.L. is not registered for VAT, so the price in the quote is the final price.

Returns

Personalised pieces are made to your specification and, under Romanian law (GEO 34/2014, art. 16(c)), are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. If a piece is faulty, damaged in transit or not as agreed, we remake it or refund you.

Stock (non-personalised) pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, without giving a reason; the return shipping is paid by you and we refund you within 14 days of your notice, once the piece is back with us.

Every piece carries the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. The Romanian text of our terms is the binding one.

Who we are

IDEEA3D is a small family business in Oradea, Bihor county, Romania: Andrei and Oana, with a few Bambu Lab printers. We make personalised gifts, toys, vases for florists and made-to-order pieces.

We have no shop window and do not receive customers at our registered office; you find us on WhatsApp, by phone, by e-mail and on Facebook.
